- Kings Spa ticket holders: Free
- Passengers without a Kings Spa ticket: $15 per person, each way
👥 Seating Capacity and Reservation Deadline
- Each departure can accommodate up to 14 passengers.
- Reservations must be submitted by 4:00 PM on the day before your shuttle date.
- Only passengers with advance reservations may board the shuttle.
- Starting with the 15th applicant for each departure time, additional applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
- Depending on the number of reservations and operational circumstances, a larger bus or two vehicles may be used. In such cases, we may accept more than 14 passengers.
🎫 Guests with a King Spa Admission Ticket
- Guests with a valid King Spa admission ticket may use the shuttle free of charge.
- Reservations for guests with a valid King Spa admission ticket are confirmed in the order received,
with a maximum of 14 passengers per departure.
- Once the 14-seat capacity has been reached, additional guests with an admission ticket will be placed
on the waiting list.
- Guests without an admission ticket will be placed on the waiting list regardless of application order.
When making a reservation, please provide your travel date, preferred departure time, one-way or round-trip selection, name, contact information, number of passengers, and whether you have a King Spa admission ticket.
💵 Guests Without a King Spa Admission Ticket
- Guests without a King Spa admission ticket will first be placed on the waiting list.
- If a seat becomes available and your reservation is confirmed, the fare is $15 per person, each way, payable in cash when boarding.
⏳ Waiting List Information
The following guests will be placed on the waiting list:
1. Guests without a King Spa admission ticket
2. Guests who apply after the 14-seat capacity has been reached for their selected departure time
Waiting-list passengers may board only if a seat becomes available due to a cancellation or if increased demand allows us to assign a larger vehicle and add more seats. Boarding availability will be individually communicated by 4:00 PM on the day before your shuttle date.
※ Individual notifications will be sent only to passengers whose seats are confirmed by 4:00 PM on the day before departure. Guests who are not confirmed will not receive a separate notification. If you do not receive a confirmation notice by the deadline, you will not be able to use the shuttle.
📢 Important Information
- Advance reservations are required for all passengers.
- Reservations close at 4:00 PM on the day before the shuttle date.
- Round-trip passengers must select a departure time for both the outbound and return trips.
- Complimentary shuttle priority is given to guests with a valid King Spa admission ticket.
- If you are unable to use the shuttle after making a reservation, please cancel in advance so the seat can be offered to a waiting-list passenger.
- Shuttle times are subject to change depending on traffic and local conditions.
